Can't hack vending machines anymore?

I had hacked vending machines before, but im unable to do it now.
(I'm not talking about quick hacks from the distance to breach or distract, but hack them for money and stuff.)
I'm not sure if it was my Cyber Deck implant upgrade at a ripper doc or the 1.04 Patch,
but i don't get the item or the option anymore.

Did anyone know something about this?

I did that only once, one vending machine that was at the top floor of a mission (getting back Wakako's netrunner).
I guess this happens on 1 on 10 vending machines ?

From what I have seen, you can only hack vending machines that have been tagged as hackable and these are usually in "hostile" areas - being caught hacking them will turn the area owners on you. So if you go into a gang controlled area and there are vending machines, some of those machines will be hackable - effectively you are stealing from the gang.

Thanks, it's rather confusing when sometimes you can and other times you can't do certain things on the same objects.
The game isn't very good on telling you it's mechanics. Also with its current state you can't be sure a certain behavior is wanted or a bug.

Hackable stuff should bleep in another color instead of blue/green, maybe, while scanning them.
