I've just finished the Transmission quest and afterwards got a call from Songbird, but right after standing up from the chair I realized that the option to text Panam and initiate a hangout has vanished from the unread messages tab. I waited a few days and nothing
I've read that some of the Phantom Liberty/Dogtown quests might interfere with the phone and that the ability to hang out is temporarily unavailable, but I can't really confirm it. I have a feeling that doing some more quests will bring it back, but I don't wanna do the entirety of PL only to find out later that it's still unavailable. Any fixes?
