Can't load save, DLC missing PS4

I can't load any of my saves! Error says missing DLC 'beard and hair' and something about the 'missing miners quest!!!!

You need to re-download those DLCs if you deleted them, or maybe you need to be online in order for you to use the save file.

Delete the game. Then go to library, select withcer 3 and redownload said DLCs. No other way

Hi ! excus me for my poor english. I have RESOLVED your problem in this way:
1 - You have NOT this problem if you play ONLINE
2 - If yoy try to play OFFLINE you, i, and many other peolple have this. SET YOUR PLAY AS PRIMARY. I have do this yesterday and it is ok.
