Can't open my game

Why can't i open my game?
I have downloaded it and and made an account but when i open the launcher it doesn't open my game when i press the button "play".
Help Please.

I've got the same issue, Game says that it crashes and makes a crash report... it says that critical in-game files were not loaded.
i updated my windows, gave administrator priviliges, updated all the drivers, checked the integrity, reinstalled the game, reinstalled drivers to the newest date, checked integrity again... added CB to all the exceptions... disabled the fullscreen startup... disabled overlays... still gives me a crash and im now clueless.

I did the same, even disabled temporarily Avast & quitted unnecessary W10-threads & added CP2077 to the Win-Defender-Exeption list (as well to the AV exeption list) & reinstalled Microsoft Visual C Libs. But the game still crashes.
I guess, there will be a fix, since a lot of people complain about several technical issues. =)

Edit (12.12.2020): Patch 1.04 didn't fix the startup-crash as well as changing to a different AV software and reinstalling the game the 4th time. I truly hopy it's being solved, otherwise I'll refund CP2077in 2021.
Weird that the press release has absolutely none of the problems reported all over the interwebbs, but then again I'm no developer in no means.

As for problems with the launcher, I'd suggest starting the game directly from the game folder.

As for crashing on launch, which is a different issue, you can check out this information:

However, this problem can have various issues (for example, the game won't start on Windows 8, as this system is not supported).

Same issues here, reinstalled drivers, reinstalled the game, tried launching from the in game file, updated windows, running as admin, etc. I've literally tried everything and keep getting the "Message: Gpu Crash for unknown reasons!" crash report. Nothing has worked and it is super frustrating.

Didn't want to create a new thread; hopefuly I can get an answer piggybacking here. I keep getting crashes when the game is opening up I get blackscreen flickers before a flatline error report. Does this game support Win7 64bit, i7-8700k, GeForce GTX 1060? I noticed a kernel recovery report occasionally in my system tray I think may be linked to my issue. Btw Nvidia is up to date drivers and all overlays turned off. Thank you for any help.

I have pretty much the same problem. It says that the reason for my game's crash is unknown, and I've tried most things others on the thread have.
