Even Cheat Engine has some accessibility use with the ability to enable slow motion.

That's precisely what I use it for in SP games. It's actually makes certain things feel infinitely cooler.

It has become apparent that touchpads aren't supported yet.... I've got a laptop and they don't seem to have support for many makes at this time.... MSI folks are crying about their touchpad, my Lenovo won't register *shrug*

I'm not personally affected by this issue but I feel like it is important enough for me to come here and pledge my support:

Considering that the game doesn't even have a competitive multiplayer mode (or even any multiplayer at this point), I see absolutely no reason why the game should, presumably actively, prevent or disallow the incredibly useful and, to some, essential functionality provided by accessibility and automation software. Not only can these tools be handy to anyone, but they are of vital importance to the experience of our fellow gamers struggling with disability. In a sense, those whom life has dealt a difficult hand may need this escape we all love the most, and all of us could conceivably be in their same situation at some point by the cruel and uncaring nature of the reality we all live in.

On a side note, not having alternate human-computer interfacing isn't very cyberpunk now is it?

If anyone can explain how to get this working with other buttons, it can be used as a workaround.

I posted this in another board on disabling controller recognition, but I know this is super important to you guys as well.
I got about 85% partial playstation navi/mouse hybrid set up in game working as of right now using the free trial of a program called reWASD. I'm having weird conflict issues with X O and the playstation button, but beyond that I am in game right now moving, sprinting, crouching, jumping, and using d'pad remapped actions to play on my navi while still using my mouse and the custom logitech program rebinds.

I'm still messing around with it, but collectively maybe we can figure out a way to get this working. reWASD apparently has support for steam controllers/alternate keyboard setups/ect as well so there is some hope for you guys.

quick edit: I just did a test to remap my wasd to the arrow keys to test for you guys who just want rebinds and it worked perfectly. So this may be a work around for people who just want to external rebind keyboard keys.

I've managed to use a Wacom graphic tablet instead of a mouse in Cyberpunk2077.
Here's how to setup:
  • Open Wacom Tablet Properties
  • Select Pen
  • click on the Mapping tab
  • enable Mouse mode
unfortunately binding keystrokes to the ExpressKeys doesn't work.

As someone who had to return their copy because your game decided to have a seizure inducing activity, do you have any plans of creating some type of accessibility features to turn off the flashing light on your foolishly named "braindance"? Although I am quite disheartened by this, if you were to correct this issue, I'd be more inclined to reconsider purchasing the game. In the meantime, please understand how many potential buyers you've now excluded from this game because of the braindance.

This does not personally affect me however it sucks that a large portion of players are unable to enjoy cyberpunk due to arbritrary limitations. Gaming should be open to everyone. The lack of button remapping as well as seemingly disallowing button emulation is disappointing.

Any game can potentially cause seizures. Did you try to turn down the brightness of your monitor?
I'm getting migraines that can last for several days when my monitor is too bright, and I keep Night Light enabled 24/7...
(Both migraine headaches and epileptic seizures begin when your brain activity becomes overexcited)

Do you get migraines frequently/see a neurologist for the migraines?

Yes I get migraines at least once per month and I have been visited a neurologist before.
Heavy migraines only appear once per year. Usually I get small migraines that don't last longer than one entire day, and often I can still do my work.
