Can't play the new content

Anyone tried to start the new content lately? I did but when I try to do it the screen just stays black after the conversation with the new girl in the Blue Stripes. I'm on the Roche's side. Funny thing is I know I can walk and run during that black screen because I can hear the foot steps.

The EE installation went without error messages popping. I downloaded part 1 and 2 and replaced the old ones. What is causing this bug? Anyone has an idea?

Did you try changing your aspect ratio? Some people reported this with 16:10 aspect ratios.

This can also be caused by loading an Act III previously existing save instead of starting anew

That's what I did. So I have to start from the previews chapter for this to work?

Yes. It's recommended to start a new game, but a save from Chapter II would do the trick as well.
