So I can't progress in the quest Nocturne Op55N1, because the objective "meet hanako at enbers" is bugged. The quest mark is not near the elevator and there are no guards at the elevator. Also the elevator is locked This is preventing me from finishing the game, because I can't progress. I haven't got any side missions left. Has anyone else encountered this issue and how can i fix this?
