Can't progress in "Queen of the Highway" [BUG]

I'll try to post about this issue - I know that many people are experiencing it too - once again.
Since January 2021 (!!!) I can't progress in Panam's quest "Queen of the Highway".
After killing all the enemies with the Basilisc, I'm now unable to progress because Panam just sits onto an invisible chair open air when she's supposed to talk to me at the bar. Nothing solves it, not even loading a previous save game. I just can't go on with the mission. Also, Saul appears in every phone call I do or receive, bugging the game even keeping this side quest matter aside.

I've talked with support many times, the issue appeared to be known by the developer, but no update fixed it and still I can't complete the quest.

Has anybody find a solution? What should I do?

Nothing solves it, not even loading a previous save game.

You haven't a save before starting this quest (like at the entrance to the camp) ?
Because I doubt this problem will still occur in 1.22

When the issue occurred, I had save games slightly before the beginning of the quest but they did not work. It's been a few months, so of course going back to a previous save game now means losing tens of hours of gameplay.

still can't tallk to panam at the end of queen of the highway quest.

previously she just sits on the tank ;cannot talk to her.
Now she's standing infront of the bar, with no option to talk to her.
