Can't progress through story on Quest Life During Wartime objective "Scan the tracks"

I decided to do a gig while on this objective when I tried to come back to finish it, the objective point went under ground in night city unable to be accessible, the objective is supposed to be in desert area now im stuck doing side missions because of this, and can't progress through main story

Did you try starting from an earlier save?

There is no early saves to where I can go back i looked this is on PS btw

I have the exact same problem but on the PC.
Could anybody please send the exact location on the map of those burning cars where we had to fin Mitch and Scorpion?

I have a slightly similar issue, Same quest different bug... After the AV crashes, I am unable to scan/take out the Kang Tao Operatives. I've searched the area high and low, and they just do not spawn. I've tried reloading, and even redoing the quest, but they never spawn in.

I tried just turning the turrets off, which make Panam drive up, but then she bugs out and agros onto the operatives that are nowhere in sight, leaving me completely unable to complete this part of the quest
