Can't put Hellman down, because there is a car on top of the bike

So as the title says, i cant continue the game.

I have reloaded the save and the car is always there. I saw a video on YouTube and there is no car, however someone in the comments had the same issue...

I solved it by going back on a save file, and moving this truck with another car.....
