Can't report back to Regis bug

I am currently running version 1.31.
SPOILERS ahead for a certain blood and wine quest

During the "La Cage au Fou" quest, after killing/saving the wight, I have to report back to Regis to continue the questline. However, when I do return back to the cemetery, I am prompted to go into the crypt. Nothing triggers when I do this. I've attached a picture to show exactly what I mean. I have tried rebooting the game and loading an earlier save but nothing seems to fix this.

I have looked through this forum and reddit etc but can't seem to find any info on this, at least for this latest patch. Please Help!

What do you mean, "nothing triggers"? You need to talk to Regis to continue the quest, and if memory serves he's in his crypt.

OK, It turns out there's a balcony in the crypt I completely missed. Face palm moment. I was confused by the quest marker at the entrance. This is why I didn't send a bug report as I knew there was a chance I was just being an idiot. Thanks so much for your help!
