Cant reset modded controller bindings!

I have installed a the witcher 3 enhanced edition mod, which comes with new controller controls. After I uninstalled the mod, everything went fine, only the controlls stayed modded. I can't get back to vanilla, I have reinstalled the game several times. I even did a windows reinstall since that, but after downloading a game for a fresh new untouched windows, the controller still isn't the vanilla one. What else can I try to reset it back?

I think you may need to remove the input.settings file, which is located outside the game directory. It will be in the same folder as your savegames (usually in Documents). After this, try verifying/repairing (Steam/GOG) the game files again.

Tried that already,not working.
