Can't start "Deadly plot" quest
Hi,
I wasted some 20 minutes or so wandering around the patsyflora (sp) trying to find the NPC that proceeds the deadly plot quest. Finally, I watched a video on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dpcd9S0k_OM) where the player passes through a door of the establishment, that for me is locked and inaccessible (key required). Any idea? I'm on the steam version.

Bump. I'd really like to do this quest, instead of just watching it on the youtubes, Especially because of what quest I think unlocks after this one
