I finished all the main jobs in phantom liberty. Did other quests, cleared cache and redownloaded the game. But the steering icon to start the first vehicle quest "push it to the limit" never appears and I've been from one end of dog town to the other. Not sure what else to do not going back 50 hours to see if it shows up again.
