Can't Upgrade

For some reason I can not upgrade items on PC. NJot sure if I am doing something wrong but when I go to click the upgrade button it doesn't do anything. Is it a bug or am I just doing something wrong?

The items don't change color, but get stat increase, you sure that didn't happen? I agree that they should give us a sound when u upgrade or craft, atm there isn't a sound.

Ya nothing. Tried it again on a new weapon but nothing changes at all

Figure it out. It's a bug. I changed my screen from the default full screen to windowed and it fixed it. Not sure why it was causing it.

I'm having the same issue ever since 1.05 I haven't been able to upgrade weapons using the upgrade button, and some iconic weapons cannot be crafted to upper tiers of rarity. Even though I'm meeting the requirements of the crafted or upgraded item. I've also tried creating a new game that doesn't seem to work either.
