I've found that you need to turn right there, right next to the large truck & wind your way through to the road. Just can take a bit to maneuver over there because of the getting out & back in.
However, I keep falling through the main bridge between NC & Dogtown whenever I try to drive over it to deliver vehicles, causing me to fail it.
I have removed all mods, done a fresh install, it's always been on a SSD (and is the only storage I have), made sure I have the latest graphics driver, & validated Steam files repeatedly.
Nvidia GeForce 3060Ti RTX is what my card is.
