Cards not showing up

Cards that i won as prize i can't find them in collection.After match i won Sheldon Skaggs card but i had him.And in collection and still have 1Sheldon card.

Yep same bug. The only way to make them appear is to quit and re-log. Which is a pain.

I also experienced the bug. In case that the info helps it happens both on PC & Xbox One.
