Some cars, rather they are moving, staying or parking spawning first in underground and then going to the ground as they should be. Sometimes while in the road they show some explosion or crashing animations (you can see some parts jumping and bursting around) which also triggers civilians to scare and run away.
My motorcycle has issues like when you hit a car while faster enough, you go under other cars and throw them away. You never fall from this motorcycle.
Some highways around the city have issues which forces cars to move on pedestrian way and through walls. All cars become broken because they are constantly hitting around.
Also some cars and civilians disappear while moving, running and driving around. Some of them also spawns just in front of you and cause you to hit them.
