I don't think Car's should belong to the quests at all and should be in an entirely different window, where the game basically occasionally pops out online-auctions or something like that.
Also the Internet of the game and the websites feel very underutilized, so shouldn't we do the shopping from there instead?
Maybe if you'd be living in your home address you could order all sorts of entertainments to your house. Many people also complain about missing stuff to do so even if it was just repeating some stuff you get to do in quests like drinking and having 1 night stands or taking drugs, would be nice to have some of these activities available for purchase from internet.
Also it would be pretty cool if it was possible for V to enter into the TV show with Ziggy Q, even as anonymous and make these claims of witnessing certain events, and there would be back and forward dialogue with some Arasaka employee. It feels a little bit lame that you can not influence with the TV shows at all even if you'd have like 50 street cred and everyone else knows you, or the very least being able to see Ziggy Q do his shows and during a break show his real take on events.
Like there'd be so much cool stuff I wish you could do that hopefully get's addressed in expansions or DLC. Sure you get to meet Rachel in game who's been interviewed in the show, but it'd really be cool to get to know and see all the characters and share your opinions with them.
