Cat School Techniques (only 1 effect of 2 gets applied)

The critical_hit_chance_fast_style modifier is bugged. Ingame, the enhanced crit damage is shown in the character settings, but the damage simply doesn't apply if an enemy is attacked.

I tested it and crit damage doesn't change upon having this ability or not.
I also tested it by increasing it to various values from +100% up to +500%, the crit damage simply won't get applied to enemies, even though the value is shown correct in the character statistics.

Last I heard, it apparently gets applied to your strong attack instead.

I confirm this, I also found that cats techniques dont add 5% damage per 1 piece of light armor part. It add some but not 5% so it's inaccurate math or broken algoritm of this perk.

Last I heard, it apparently gets applied to your strong attack instead.

Its supposed to add critical hit damage to BOTH Fast attacks and Strong attacks, only the 5% damage bonus per armor piece is for Fast attacks only.
