Cave of Dreams Stuttering bug.
Fast traveled to Fyresdal and followed the marked path towards "The of dreams quest" went over the hill where there was a wyvern or something level 34-ish after going down the hill and following the path the game started stuttering really bad including cut scenes and afterwards during that quest. Tried reloading a couple times but still the same.
