QFT, I hope you can completely skip the radial menuRyuGuitarFreak said:But I really see a lack of hotkeys for items and signs. I don't want to pause the game every 5 seconds if I want something more strategic
I know, I know... just noticing the fact that there seems to be only 2 quickslots (sign + bomb) from the latest video and everytime the player wanted to "cast" something else he had to open the menu in order to change it. Let's hope we can bind nearly every sign/bomb/consumable to a single different keyHomemComH said:I'm pretty sure MM360 said you can bind signs and other stuff to hotkeys.
You didn't see that particular player USING hotkeys. That's not the same as there being none.RyuGuitarFreak said:The presentation itself was cool. Hotkey use wouldn't be suitable for a demonstration -- unless the intent of the demonstration was to show how to set up and use hotkeys. I like the way they ran the demo -- show everything you're preparing and doing. We've been promised strong hotkey support, so I'm expecting we'll get it.And yes, excellent music and a perfect selection.RyuGuitarFreak said:That song is really, really good. Just one thing: do not disappoint me with a lack of proper 16:10 monitor support.
I agree with you. But they could show that there are hotkeys if they're usable in one special moment. Just go like "you can switch signs and items on hotkeys if you don't want to pause the game" just to show this particular feature and continue with the demonstration.I forgot that MM360 said there will be hotkeys, but I'd wanted them to show it. Anyway, game's good.GuyN039wah said:Hotkey use wouldn't be suitable for a demonstration -- unless the intent of the demonstration was to show how to set up and use hotkeys. @huber1989: If you hot-key everything then yet, it won’t pop-up at all.
Oh. That was good to seeMichiGen1200 said:Don't worry guys, look at this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SD8W8iRAUcA#t=8m10s%22At 8:18 you can see how the sign is changed from Igni to Ard without using radial menu.
