The reports clearly state CDPR has amazing talent, which is why the games are good. But it seems like the company could and should be treating their staff better. They do seem to have a high turn over. CDPR are much loved because of the care they show towards consumers, not shafting them with chargeable DLC, DRM and micro transactions. This has gained them a close following but, they should also take this approach with their staff and treat them the same as they treat their consumers, at least as far as respect goes.
