Star Wars doesnt fit to CDPR brand, imho. Game industry is tougher than ever, lots of stores, lots of launchers, publishers are getting bigger and bigger, tons and tons of indies. You will need to think about Company Branding these days. Jack of All Trades doesnt work anymore, like it did 10-15 year ago.
Impossible. They make adult oriented games, and SW game has to be young adult (at most) oriented. You can't put nudity, graphic violence, serious themes, sexual content (not saying porn, just adult stuff. You can't even french kiss in SW). Also they have "We do what we want with this" attitude and the SW licence buyer must have "We do exactly what Disney tells us" attitude. So, no. It is more mathematicaly possible that tomorrow an Imperial Star Destroyer parks on Earth orbit than CDPR gets SW licence.
I think CDPR could pull off a really good vampire-themed game however trying to say they should hold themselves to being similar to VTM is just asking for trouble. If it is too similar its just asking for a copyright lawsuit. but CDPR has proven they are more than capable of making awesome games without trying to leach off another video games popularity
The whole oh look that game did really well lets take thier story and tell it our way is just a lazy way out of doing alot of the work that alot of small inde games pull. And cdpr is is above it.
