CDP & CDPR is Getting Sued By 13 Law Firms. Thoughts?

+
If you're going to trade in a nation known for litigating anything that even whiffs of a case then you'd best get all your ducks in a row first.

A valid argument.

I'd still rather see the US fix it's legal system than having any business operating on it's soil walking on eggshells because the nation is sue-happy.

Law firms constantly go looking for someone they can sue on behalf of, this doesn't mean anything.

welcome to the dark future ;)
while we're slightly off topic, there's a news segment
that announces that the NCPD can detain people up to one year
with no recourse, it turns out in many parts of the current real life US
the law is already worse ... much worse.

I personally think that lawsuit is a bit too much and unnecessary. Backlash from the failed release and players feedback should be enough indication for the studio what is not right.
But of course this really depends on what's in their heads, because what I just read in Twitter in some CDPR's responses that the game is 10/10 and there were no 'missing' features just stunned me.
If a lawsuit will bring them back to earth then let it be I guess.
