Using it in other first person games like Kingdom Come: Deliverance and Star Citizen is such an immersive experience I can only imagine how good it would be in 2077 to be able to use it while driving and walking around Night City.
There have been mods that add it but they are since broken. check out this video using headtracking fisheye reshade aside the immersion of moving you head and it moving your camera in game is second to now.
