Its been almost a year (I think?) since we first got to witness the tournament plattform and we still have a lot of downtime between matches due to technical difficulties.
Its obviously isnt an easy fix otherwise you would have done it already but I hope you could spare the ressources to finally fix it. Watching official tournaments where the first match starts 30-60 minutes after the stream starts feels way too long of an intro, as well as long downtime between some games where its pretty clear that the casters have to milk some time while backup tournaments are created behind the scenes.
To me it makes watching these big tourneys more exhausting than exciting...
