So we pay for a game and we're expected to just toss it into the dumpster because we're having issues? Or should we complain about a product that has cost us money, one that we'd like to play without crashes or issues. Yes, you're the one touched by heaven. I pray you never buy a game that gives you such headaches because then you'll probably be bitching and moaning louder than any of us but you'll feel entitled to do so because the game wasn't handed to you free.

Consider yourself lucky and try to be more understanding of others who don't find credit cards just lying on the street and can buy up any game without worrying or caring if they'll run properly because it didn't cost you a cent or not have to worry about issues because you were extremely lucky in not encountering any black screens, crashes to desktop or any of the myriad of other problems that many (MANY) players have experienced.

Am I the only one who's not that sorry about the "lost" money? Yes, I payed a lot of money (for a very huge and great game that was VERY worth the money even then), but that was in may and the money feels so long gone. And yes, if you buy something, it should be working properly. Patches have been giving us nice extra, like a stash and more reasonable inventory with books. And yes, a few bugs also, but 1.10 was first major and game braking for me. I love this game so much, that my biggest problem now is that I can't play my NG+ with HoS, not the money I "lost". Screw the money, I want to PLAY! I feel like a little child in Christmas, when Santa isn't coming.

Luckily HoS can be started also with default Geralt and default items. I did that yesterday when my need of playing HoS was just too hard to handle anymore :crybaby: I play it again later when NG+ gets fixed. Those 1.08 saves are still good to go then, I hope. Now I have something interesting to do while waiting the fix. Geralts feet keep getting bugged quite a lot, but that is just cosmetic problem (little annoying though). Nothing else so far after 5 hours.

I have said it earlier and I say it again, that maybe this is the price we just have to pay, so we can keep playing such a huge games in the future too. I don't think that CDPR is going to make this same mistake ever again. I wish we had some date for the fix, but we have not. We just have to wait. This has been quite a bug free game for me (if you don't count couple three headed horses and people walking in the air). One of my favorite games was practically unplayable for the first week when it came out. It was broken from the start. THAT is really annoying.

Edit: I hope they take all the time they need and get this fixed properly.

Keep it civil or your posts will end up in the bitbucket. Refrain from criticizing any member of the forum. This is not a place where offense may be given, nor one where an imagined insult justifies taking offense. Post deleted.

Yeah but they'd never say that. Much easier to blame it all on players using mods instead. They've tried that before. Or stating that something that was broken due to mods isn't their responsibility which means they have absolutely no intention of ever fixing it. But the actual translation to that is:

"Fixing it would require time to decompile too much of the code."
"We don't have a clue where to look for the issue. We wouldn't even know how to fix it if we did find it."
"The issue is far too common for far too many players and therefore we wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole as opposed to going out of their way to fixing issues that are so rare they only affect a small handful of players around the world."

Hey they've already pushed back the release for Blood and Wine, which to me isn't good news. So, theoretically we've got until then for them to release a fix to all the issues created by 1.10 and Hearts of Stone. But I do believe I called this one, didn't I? As for forgetting to add the horse gear to the game when they'd already put in the achievement for it a few weeks before the expansion was released.... Jeez, they don't need me to be critical of them or to call them stupid names. They earn that all by themselves with their rank amateurish way of doing business and maintaining their own game.

But poor you who has to trudge through a game without any issues whatsoever. I hope you get to enjoy the full experience with some other game. Then you'll remember not to brag too much about being so blessed when it came to TW3.

Ouch! I really hit home with that post, I see.
Im all for complaining about a bad product but do you have to exaggerate so much. Like saying its broken or unplayable when it cleary isnt. To keep on playing a game for several months and still just spew hate/shit on it on the internet like its no good at all. That is strange to say the least. Saying CDPR sucks and dont get anything right, when we all know they do much much more than most devs is also not ok in my book. By the way Im no hypocrite, so no I would not bitch and moan louder. Ive also missing gear and several other bugs, but like magic I can still play. I can still appreciate all the good things, and they are way more than the bad. So pleace complain all you want but without the hate and exaggerations. Thats all Im asking for. BTW is it your hope or your prayers thats your real wish for my future in gaming?
