This story in this game is amazing, it'll be that much more enjoyable to go through it with all our previous gear and powers. You guys have done amazing work with the Witcher 2 enhanced edition, adding many cool features, if you guys are planning the same for this game, please let this be on top of your list.

yes to newgame+ on Witcher 3...amazing game, want to play it a few full playthroughs., but would like to blow through the 2nd and subsequent plays

Yes missing this option. I focused much on side and sub quest and did very lot of them. As I am done now with the main story I dont know I would replay it immediately focusing more on the main story and some side quests. But I dont want to start at level 1 again I want to keep my equipment, skills and so on. Just go up on the difficult level.

I really wonder why this option is not there ... so is there an other option, cheat or something to get the save game changed with the things you have ?

Well.... i would go more for a The Witcher 1 REBOOT with RED ENGINE 3
so that console players also might be able to play ALL the games

This would be awesome short XD and not open world ^^ but awesome

I hoped that this would be done by some strong modders with the toolkit, well yes but that could be difficult for console players

And I hope the newgame+ feature will not keep so long

after you beat it. ... damn .... forgot where it was ....

This would be cool but definitely not realistic with the amount of resource it'll require. In comparison new Game + wouldn't take much less work. They can just reuse the item scaling system that's already in place, and change the content of static treasure chest contents and monster levels/damage, etc.

It would kick ass if, on our second play through, we could play as Ciri, Triss or Yennefer while exploring and in combat. Geralt could still handle the dialogues.

While I do think the game has a lot more pressing concerns.
Namely the poor enemy placement and level selection and area balancing.
I do still support the idea of a NewGame+ option.

Hopefully a rework of the enemy placement and levels.
Naked bandit dude killing Geralt in 2 swings and being invulnerable to his steel sword is... a poor design decision.

Replayability in games always feels awesome, especially if you take a break for a while and come back to re-live the experience once again, maybe for some at a harder difficulty

Though I have to say, that if it comes down to what development time gets spent on, that are more pressing concerns, in my humble opinion. These forums are filled with TONS of gameplay suggestions / feature requests threads, most of them are absolutely great ideas that would make the whole gameplay experience much MUCH better. No idea what good those would do, seeing as the game is already released and played by millions, and probably most of them already finished, but I'd still like to see some improvements
Maybe I'm a bit biased, haven't finished yet ^^

NG+ adds a significant amount fun and value for a good number of people, and does nothing to diminish the experience for those who would rather not make use of it. Make it happen, CDPR!

Well I think there should be an expansion that would influence the main story and the game world and maybe add new endings!

It should take place in Dol Blathanna and the story should focus on Iorveth and Saskia wanting to establish a free state there and Francesca Findabair conspiring with the Lodge to make it pretty much the Lodge´s base or something like that not wanting to give up the ruling.
And then Nilfgaard and Radenia could step in and the title would be "The Battle for Dol Blathanna!"
