Challenger Online Viewing Party! April 28th-29th, games, giveaways, prizes and more!

In collaboration with the Gwent Masters Worldwide Facebook group admins, the Lodge of Sorceress Discord Community is delighted to host a cross-community online viewing party for Gwent Challenger III!
The event with an invite link inside can be found HERE. If you prefer not to use Facebook, PM me for an invite link instead.
This event is packed with activities, games, giveaways, and is prize supported by the hosts as well as CDPR, the Wild Hunt Team, and Topdeck.
Come on out, get involved with the Gwent community, earn some swag, and make new friends!
Activities, games, and contests include:
- Physical prizes will be limited to NA and EU, with a possibility of shipping to other regions if the shipping cost is reasonable. Otherwise, we have a list of Steam game codes that winners outside of NA and EU can choose from as prize substitution.
- This event has a focus on voice chat, but lurking in voice chat rather than speaking is completely acceptable. Party goers can use a companion text channel to talk with those in voice chat.
- All activities and giveaways will be done in voice chat to encourage participation and so it will be easier for Mods to keep track of who is participating in which events.
- There will be an Educational Play-by-Play voice channel hosted by Gwent Masters Worldwide that aims to help players wanting to learn about why the pros do what they do!
- Visitors are more than welcome to get involved with the awesome community on the LoS server as well!

Here are all of the activities you can expect this weekend:
Bracket Prediction Contest
- A link for this will go up on the event page and Discord when we know the brackets on Friday
- Prize: Gwent Art Book – additional prizes to be determined based on how many correct predictions there are
- How much do you really know about the game? Show us your stuff!
- Prize: Gwent T-shirt – additional prizes TBD based on number of winners
- This activity will be after the fourth game on Saturday and is hosted by Flake of the Wild Hunt Team
- 3 contestants will go head to head as Flake tests their Gwent and Witcher knowledge
- Prize: One Free Entry and One Guest Pass to the Wild Hunt II tournament on June 16th in Philadelphia
- Giveaway: Wild Hunt T-shirts will be given away randomly to voice chat spectators of this event
- Become a character from a Gwent card by creatively using common household items!

- Prizes – Mod Favorite: Gwent T-shirt and Faction Pin, Community Favorite: Gwent Lanyard and Faction Pin

- A fantastic resource for newer or learning players, gentlemen from Gwent Masters Worldwide and Topdeck will explain why the pros do what they do during the tournament
- Lockin from Topdeck will visit us to answer questions about Kolemon and Cameron
- Giveaway: Topdeck has offered four 2 hour coaching sessions with a coach of your choice. These will be awarded randomly to active voice chat participants in the Play-by-Play Lounge
- Between each set of matches there will be a short lore challenge—one for each of the five factions
- Prize: Faction Pins for the top 3 most accurate entries in each Faction Lore Quiz
- If you desire, you can enter every trivia challenge for a chance at a pin from each one
- These lore quizzes include trivia from the Witcher books and games, so go brush up!
- Active voice chat participants will have a chance to win mystery giveaways throughout the weekend
- Giveaway: Between the Semis and Final match, the Lodge of Sorceresses will give away a Gwent Art Book via random drawing
