Change the time before Geralt puts away his sword?

Hi!I'd like to ask if anyone knows, where can I change the time, before Geralt automatically puts away (holsters?) his sword. Or at least make faster the the drawing of a sword. Thanks

Yah, I've noticed that there are more than a few times in the game where Geralt, in the midst of a major combat zone, says to himself "eh, no salamandra/drowners/kikimores/bad guys within 10 feet of me. I think I'll just sheath my sword for the next few seconds. Man, I could use a cold one right now."Personally, I'd wait till the bad guys were at least 100 feet away before I sheathed the danged sword. Ok. Maybe not that far. At least 11 feet away. I keep telling Mr. Geralt that, but he's a lousy listener.

i'd go with the never sheath the sword unless I want it, maybe it will look strange in conversations, but i can talk to bad guys with my sword in hand ::)

I could see something like that (coupled with snarky comments from guards) as being a nice addition to The Witcher :)

Still somebody thinking about this?I'd love a mod for the exact opposite: sheath immediately instead of that weird rubbery sway. That is so annoying and it is annoying to have to change my sitting position, so I can press TAB all the time. Would be sooo much easier and sooo much less back aches. ;) Sigh, why can't I play this game with a controller, that would be a LOT healthier. :dead:So the ideal solution would be a toggle key for "no sheathing at all" and "immediate scheath".Because that might help a little with the other problem that you have to wait such a long time before you can skin a corpse...

Well, my request is to have a timer. So you would just set the timer to 0 :)

That would be even better than a toggle key, of course! Now all we need is finding someone who CAN - I can't. :(

Yep. I dunno about Morrowind, but Oblivion is practically developed to be modded. My Oblivion runs with 200+ mods and I even made a couple small ones myself. Basically, the Witcher is one of those rare games that don't need mods at all... well, until you see that some mods are being made that make the game even better... then you get greedy. ;D
