Changing a "skip dialoge" key binding

As the title says, I've been wondering - is there a way to change the key responsible for skipping dialogues in the game for a different one?
It's space button by default. I've been searching through game files in order to find this particular key binding but it's nowhere to be seen.
How can I change it? Or if not, how can I add custom ones?
