Changing Item Name 'Blade from The Bits' to G'valchir

I'm wondering how I would change the name of Blade From The Bits (I hate the name)? I've replaced the model with the Sihil one from the show https://www.nexusmod.../4212?tab=posts, and I would like to change the name to G'valchir. Thanks.
