Character creation bug

Hi there.

So I bought the game this Christmas. Before I got to play the game, I ran into my first bug. Whenever I try to customize my charatcer, I get a very peculiar bug: all female (males as well) characters, regardless of game difficulty and babkcground, are black. Nothing happens if I change the skin tone or hit the preset button. They all remain black no matter what I modify.

Seems strange. And you PC meets the minimum requirements?

i've encountered the same problem, especially during the game.

AMD GPU I suppose.
A clean reinstall of your drivers but with the previous version (not the last one).
(And disabling any kind of drivers auto-update).

I. Uninstall your graphics drivers using the AMD Cleanup Utility software.
II. Download and clean install the latest drivers from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support
