Character Customization Question

While creating a character I did not realize that your character genitals are disabled by default and didn't enable it. I am already quite far into the game and don't want to restart because of that just wondering if having your genitals disabled affect any of the gameplay aspect like maybe romance? And how would sex scenes even play out lmao. Do comment if anyone know how much it affects

Do you mean your character shows underwear or is there just nothing there? I believe there is 2 choices, one is a censor that keeps the underwear on your character and probably the others (so no nudity). The other will not show yours but show others

i would assume they would add edit look function in game after making them.

It is a bit strange that you can see Vs genitals for a brief second while changing clothes just because you changed genitalia. There should probably be some kind of warning.

An EDIT function is needed.
