Character level bug

Hello guys I didn't know where to post this so here it goes. I may have a character level bug. I was at level 16 at the end of the mission Gimme Danger. After that I started doing a couple missions and at the end of the Venus in Furs I found out that the game decreased my level at 3...
Now I can't wear my past clothes, I only have equiped my guns wich require level 13 to equip and I am naked too.. I only can wear the bandage outfit. Can someone help me please? I have screens but I don't know where to send them.

I already verified my files through gog but nothing happened.

Very strange.

Are you sure you are playing the correct savegame?
Do you use manual saves or rely on automatic saves? Cloud save or do you save directly on your computer?

Do you have any other save games you can try?
