Margarita, Keira, Roche/Ves, Fringilla, Zoltan, also Eredin and the rest of the Wild Hunt, maybe even some more of the other elves

No one mentioned Letho, I enjoyed doing his quests and later on few comments in Kaer Morhne. Perhaps more Philippa, her sarcastic jokes were always spot on, kinda like Yennefer.

I think it says how much people liked Letho that even after he helps you against the Alien Elf Invasion, people want him to stick around.

1. Radovid. I can write the entire bloody article about him. At last he is not a funny cliche (TW1), or some golden boy (TW2), but a real person. Sleep-deprived, under a lot of stress, paranoid (gee, I wonder why with "friends" like Roche and Sigi), with a lot of childhood trauma to overcome, but he is managing it quite amazingly. (Nope, I don't believe he is mad. Don't trust every piece of b.s. that comes out of Roche's mouth. His chess metaphor - well, go read The Flanders Panel and you'll see it in a different light :) By my lights, Radovid is a brilliant guy who deserves to win this war, while Sigi is just another P.O.S.
2. Nilfgaardians - Emhyr, Voorhies, etc.
3. Sorceresses. Never can get enough of these bitches... I mean, ladies.

The game main story is mostly about Geralt Yen and Ciri, so I think it's a good thing it kept focusing on those 3 characters.
Still, some more exposure would have been nice, especially for :
1. Dandelion and Priscilla. I hoped Dandelion would conclude the epilogue of the game by saying "and as for your devoted servant, Dear Reader, I..."
2. Fringilla of course, but with a Toussaint expansion I have high hopes about her.

I would love more Letho, he was such a cool character, and more Philippa would be awesome as it would mean more banter between her and other characters.

Apart from that, definitely Priscilla - especially that after killing her would-be-murderer the game denies us any kind of closure on her, even at the very end of the game.

Wait, what? She is doing fine and has even started singing again, with a sexier, huskier voice according to Julian Alfred Pankratz viscount de Lettenhover when you see him in the epilogue.

Letho, Eskel, Lambert, Keira, and definitely Triss. Also Priscilla would have been nice to be around after her incident. Granted all these characters shared a tiny slice of quests, that's all you got.

I think I had the most fun with Keira's side quests for the simple fact she was actually along for the ride. Felt like I was playing Skyrim with one of it's many secondary characters that helped in quests. Keir was actually a decent ally when fighting. Triss and Yenn on the other hand wouldn't do much and typically launched weak attacks.

While playing this I couldn't help it was a little more like Oblivion games where you dungeon crawl a lot and explore more ruins. CD copied enough from Skyrim, even down to having Elven ruins, but they were almost always really short areas. Would have been more fun searching for more rare artifacts with Keira, Phillipa, Triss, while battling huge monsters at the end of some 2 hour ruins with Letho, Eskel, Lambert, etc. Also wish there was more Gwent. Would have been super cool to have a true Gwent tournament with say 20 of the best players from all of the lands too.

Dandelion comments at the end of the game or near the very end (think it was in his pub he inherited, not the Something Beginds/ends quest) that she was doing better and was just starting to "sing" again, but her her voice was a little lower and more gravelly, but that he actually sorta liked it a little better. I can't remember if Geralt asked in dialog or it occurred after Geralt got close enough to him and they rand through an auto speech. But he definitely gives you an update on her despite she never reappears for some strange reason.

That sucks. You actually get several quests with him and get the the chance to save him in one of them. Also makes the House Reardon quest less boring. You missed out.

I agree, you kinda did miss out on few pretty well done quests. If you tell Voorhis that you killed Letho in TW2, his quests get replaced with couple lame wraiths.

Eh that sucks but I have my reasons for killing Letho since I went with Roche on my own personal canon playthrough and it seemed like Letho was nothing but a pain in the ass for Geralt and killing him set Geralt free. I also think hes just a bad hearted guy, killed an innocent priest and screwed the north over for his own personal good, captured Triss and framed Geralt. Screw that guy lol. To let him live would have been against my own personal canon ive made throughout the games.

To be fair, the entire game shows that the North deserves to be screwed over.

Letho's reasoning seems to be. "If there's going to be one conquering dickbag ruling over everybody, it might as well be a conqueroring dickbag who is helping me."

He also saves Triss if you don't.

Aside from the typical side characters, i wish i had more and longer encounters with sapient monsters.

There are some quests with trolls, dopplers and succubus', but most of them are way too short. The succubus, who created a "flower cave" was really interesting, too bad the quest is so short, you barely learn anything about them or why she does it and so on.

As matter of facts, all unique NPC had less screen time, so we always wonder who they are. The only unique NPC had a good screen time was Bloody Baron.

I really, really loved Kiera (she was a blast to do quests with!), though we did get a fair few quests with her so I can't complain there. Otherwise more Dandelion and Pricilla, especially post 'Carnal Sins'. To be honest though, I'm going sound greedy but in an ideal world I'd love to see more of everyone, the characters are just so darn lovable and/or interesting
