Chat doen't work

The chat doesn't work on Xbox One and can't mute people as well.
Anyone experiencing this or know of a solution ?

Sadly I don't have a Xbox so I can't test it myself. Muting taunts should be possible in the options menu though and there is usually a controller button that can alternatively do that during the game.

They changed the button mapping on the emote/chat thing. You have to press down on the right controller stick to make it work. From there you can also mute your opponent if he's spamming things at you. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the response. I'll give this a try. I tried every button except the controller (pads)
