To pass under the "door"?
Just run and crouch just before reaching/hiting the door (on Xbox, crouch is "RS" by default if I remember), your character will perform a slide to pass under the door.
It's also very fun and useful to use in combat

You simply have to use the button to crouch while running. If yes, do it before reaching the door (few meters) it should work. I did it several times on Xbox Series since Phantom Liberty release.
It's quite easy once you get how to do it. And it should be fine.
