Chippin in Quest — Can you lock yourself out of getting it?

No actual spoilers here, just general quest unlock thread.

So I finished the Tapeworm quest, and currently my gf is on the computer so I can’t check, but I’m worried I might’ve locked myself out of it by not being so nice to Johnny.

Does it unlock regardless of how you treat him in those quests leading up to it? Or can you (and did I likely) lock myself out of the quest?

No you can't you'll get that quest eventually, just do some more content and skip a day or two.

This game does not have the level of dialogue consequence that you fear. It's not possible to get locked out of that quest because of a dialogue choice.
