After V regains control and after standing, that black bar shows up til I saved and then loaded that save and the bar is gone
It happens. Had it myself once. Minor glitch compared to some of the more serious issues they have at hand.

I’m heavens no, I haven’t gotten there yet. So fingers crossed it doesn’t happen.
