Choices you've never made in W1/W2 (spoilers)

This thread is about the roads not taken in Witcher 1 or 2. As in, certain choices in the games that we simply cannot bring ourselves to make, no matter how many times we play these games.

Having just beaten W1 again for the 6th time, there are a few things i've never done:

1. Killing the werewolf
2. NOT reconciling the Vodyanoi and villagers instead of choosing one over the other
3. Until very recently, i've never declared Abigail guilty (only in my 5th playthrough, just because)
4. Never given the Grandmaster to the King of the Wild Hunt

How about you?

By now it might as well be: choices you'll never make in TW1/TW2.

Well until recently I hadn't sided with, ugh, the order. I would also never kill the werewolf or let Abigail get lynched.

In TW2 I think I tried most choices at least once, because they were presented in a better way morally speaking, i.e. they seemed more reasonable, given the circumstances.

Haven't played TW to the point of making significant decisions, so I'll just answer about TW2.

Well, I never want to
- fight Aryan.
- feed the two guys to the wraith.
- leave the elven ladies to burn.
- kill the she-troll of Vergen.
- let Stennis get lynched.
- kill Adam Prangratt, or
- slay the dragon.

I played one Witcher 1 game where my Geralt was a heel to everybody. There are many choices I made in that game but not in any other, but the most disturbing was killing the werewolf.

In Witcher 2, I have never been able to pass up rescuing the she-elves in order to go after Loredo instead.

I've played all options that I know of, except in the EE quests, but the one I felt most guilty about was killing the trolls.

I never ever sided with squirrels in TW1, killed the werewolf, gave Abigail to the mob, and chose a side in the village. These choices (except siding with the elves) were clear-cut bad, unlike practically all choices in TW2.
In TW2 I did all the options, just to know what would happen. The ones I never repeated were killing the trolls, killing Letho, sided with Iorveth (well, I did it twice, but never again), and saving Triss on Roche's path. I am simply unable not to save Anais, even a thought about leaving a kid with Dethmold, after everything she went through, makes me feel bad.

Oh yes, not this one. I mean the rest of them. Not may be from moral perspective, simply did not see a point of doing it this way, except to play a lazy and mean Geralt.

I killed the Troll couple because they eat elves and dwarves, just look at all that fresh blood in their lair. I don't think CDPR made that puddle red and put all those bones there for no reason.

I'm thinking they outright kill the elves. It's still fucked up even if they already found the elves and dwarves dead, killed by harpies .

-Never killed the werewolf.
-Technically never sided against Abigail(reloaded).
-Never let Roche become a Kingslayer.

Done everything else, I believe.

Edit: Always save Zoltan, because it's Zoltan.

You should look at it as choosing the lesser evil.. sacrifice 4 elven women in order to make life better for other non-humans in Flotsam.. who knows maybe saving even more lives..

And the fight scene itself is very well made. Those screams..

In witcher 1

1. Killing the werewolf, (same as op)
2. NOT reconciling the Vodyanoi and villagers instead of choosing one over the other, (same as op)
3. Never completed the game with Siegfried alive but i am working on it.
4. never invited Carmen to the Shani's party
5. never gave sand from devourers to blacksmith

Witcher 2
Played it so many times so i really can't think of anything, but there was that quest in flotsam with perfume, after i was tricked first time i never do that quest any other way then kill salamanders.

TW1:
1. Never sided against Abigail
2. Never Killed the Werewolf
3. Never sided with the Scoiatel
4. Never sided with Shani (Weird right? I've played through 3 times and never deviated from Triss. I guess it just feels more canon, as Triss is your bed buddy in TW2)
5. Never sided with DeWett (Who would?)

TW2:
1. Never killed Aryan
2. Never gone to save Anais

They're the only two i can think of in TW2. Made pretty much every other choice.

In all my playthroughs, i have tried to use all available choices. However, some certain ones i never did.

1) I never left Zoltan to fight alone in the outskirts.
2) Never left Vesna undefended/alone.
3) I never let Thaler die.
4) I either kill or cure the werewolf; never leave him as a beast.
5) At the bank, i always go from the abandoned building; regardless of sides chosen later, i never go in with the proposed, predetermined way.
6) I always reconcile humen and fishmen. I never choose sides or kill the cow.
7) I never let the Wild Hunt have the Grandmaster.

In 2...

1) In dungeons, i always go to the torture chamber first. I never miss the chance to ruin their plans for that fake document.

2) Never bathe with Triss. I prefer Magic Resistance.

3) Never kill succubus.

4) Never kill the operator, always use artifact.

 Wow, never heard you could do that - I just love these not-so-obvious choices and solutions TW1 offers from time to time.
Please tell me more how that works and what's the difference in consequences to waltzing in through the main gate.

You tell Velerad that you work alone. He mentions something like the abandoned building next to bank, warns you that it is haunted, and gives you the key. You enter it; it is infested with fleders. Leads to bank.
