Choose display refresh rate

Hey folks, does anybody know if it's possible to choose a certain display refresh rate? My monitor supports 50Hz and 60Hz. While the framerate drops to 55-56fps in heavy scenaries I'd like to run the game with a refresh rate of 50Hz. Using vsync results in a perfect and smooth framerate of 50fps.
So my question again: Is it possible to choose the display refresh rate e.g. via options.json or via launch options?

P.S.: I don't want to lower the monitor refresh rate constantly via Nvidia Control panel, I want Cyberpunk to choose the desired value at startup.

In V-sync there's option to make the game refresh rate same as your monitor. I chose 75Hz as my monitor is 75Hz monitor. Try that.
