Yes, I do. I loved Leo Bonhart. He is one of the greatest characters in the book. He has great development for someone who is already a built character. (Mentioned all spooky like by Gisel-whatever). >> I loved The Tower of Swallow. But yes, anyway. Mr. Bonhart has quite the love for our dear Ciri! She is his, he states it several times. Whether it be for pleasure, pain, and mostly pain. We all know it is pain. But he is great. wtb BDSM shipping prz.
I get the feeling that Mr. Bonhart was fascinated by witchers. He was so proud of himself that he had killed some. It would seem that he had studied their fighting techniques quite meticulously.
So I think he saw Ciri as an experiment more or less. I doubt he could capture a real witcher if he wanted, and even if he could capture one, I doubt he could hold him down for long, like he did with Ciri. So a little witcheress, one that shows creativity on her swordfighting, one that is able to improvise and act on reflexes purely, was a god sent gift for Leo.
So in that way, I do actually think that he "loved" her. In a similar way, that a scientist loves the guinea pig that proves his hypothesis right.
What I find interesting about Bonhart, is that his fascination about witchers and Ciri in particular, was so strong, that overcame his will to settle down and start a farm, like he wanted.
Anyway, that's just my take on the character.
