Ciri Fan Art Thread

That would quite good actually. Seeing Ciri or controlling her in battle with a bunch of enemies and winning with style would help people unfamiliar with her character get a better understanding that she isn't a damsel in distress, but a very capable fighter. That would indeed be a nice beginning to the game.

I have to admit though that what I'm hoping for is them starting the game with a ladybug landing on Yennefer's arm ;D (I don't take credit for this idea, it was posted by someone else a while back on these forums).

On the Russian Witcher community website there appeared a piece of news regarding the Russian localization of TW3. I noticed a possibly Ciri-related fact there.

Namely, they gave some examples of a few lines from TW3 dialogues voiced by Russian actors who are doing the voiceovers. These examples contain a few lines by Geralt, a few lines by Triss, some by Zoltan and a few by Dandelion.

And here is the fact: one of Dandelion's lines is the following one:
"I cannot let you go alone, Geralt will tear my head off!" (EDIT: he's talking to someone female, which is indicated in Russian in this phrase, but not in English).

Well, [wild speculation mode on] it seems to me that he is talking to Ciri, who is possibly the player's character at that moment. So, hooray, we are going to get to play as Ciri for a bit! [/wild speculation mode off]

That's cool! Thank you for sharing! I really hope that we will get to play as her and maybe we will see flashbacks/memories from her childhood. That would be amazing! T.T
By the way, if someone speak russian, would he/she be so kind and translate the other lines by Geralt, Triss and Zoltan? Of course, in a spoiler tag. I know it is a Ciri fandom and don't want to derail this thread, so damn my curiosity. -.-' Anyway, if someone will do it, it would be greatly appreciated!

I'm posting it as a WIP, so feel free to give critiques/advice. There's still quite a bit I feel I wanna go over, her scar, her gloves (and hands in general...), her corset, the sword, maybe adding the cat medallion, just all kinds of nit-picky stuff here and there... but I need a break. I 'work' at a snail's pace. Been at it a couple hours already... Anyway, I use Photoshop and an Intuos 4 Wacom tablet....
