What they all forget is that while Ciri's hair indeed was ashblonde, it turned more and more white throughout the books.
I remember that Yennefer was brushing her hair and noticed white strands ; she was a bit shocked because she feared
that Ciri would become like Geralt and live a reckless and uncertain life like him.
Soooo, it makes sense that Ciri has white hair at this point.
