Well, we don't know for sure what will happen (or happened), but Emhyr got to like the idea to marry the fake Ciri, after he made the real Ciri cry and left her to Geralt and Yennefer, i think.

But in the games we never hear anything about her at all, so i doubt that Emhyr actually married her by now, it would be big news for the whole continent.

Spoilers for those who didn't read "Lady of the Lake":
Emhyr did marry "fake" Ciri after deciding to leave the real one with Geralt and Yennefer. Their wedding took place around the time of signing the Peace of Cintra, and she's been the Empress of Nilfgaard and Queen of Cintra since. There's no date of her death given in the books, but it must have been before year 1331 (as the passage at beginning of Chapter 11 states Stella Congreve, who died in 1331, outlived both Emhyr and Cirilla).

Ithlinnes Prophecy said:
"I tell you that the time of the sword and axe approaches, the time of the Wolf's Blizzard. The Time of the White Frost and White Light, the Time of Madness and Disdain, Tedd Deireadh, the Final Age. The world will perish amidst ice and be reborn with the new sun. Reborn of the Elder Blood, of Hen Ichaer, of a planted seed. A seed that will not sprout but burst into flames!

Ess'tuath esse! So shall it be! Watch for the signs! I will tell you what these signs will be — the earth will run with the blood of Aen Seidhe, the Blood of the Elves..."

Ithlinne's Prophecy makes me wonder about what Ciri's role will be.

Is Ciri going to die in TW3 ?
And if this prophecy is not about her, won't Ciri need to have children for it to come true ?
What do you think ?

I don't believe CDPR'd dare to let Ciri die. Only Spakwoski could may do such "atrocity".

They better don't.
But Sapkowski himself might have shared a few of his ideas with CDPR, they were in contact with him before.
Who knows what he had in mind for the series.. :p

This should be the worst decission - even Sapkowsi - with casual fancy for morbidity, presented Ciri like something more than average human - I'm not saying she is immortal, but she should be connected to Ithliina's words and maybe have big role in future of human. In any case - it should be stupid idea to let her die :D

well, CDPR intents to continue the witcher story without geralt as the protag. so i would think that ciri is the most obvious choice.
