Clearing Grandmaster smith’s Inventory?

I sold a bunch of weapons to the grandmaster smith, but those items aren’t going away in his inventory, so I have been lagging trying to maneuver around his various items to buy and sell. Is there any way to clear sold items out of his inventory?

Perhaps modders know a way to change the inventory of NPCs. Other than that, if you progress in the main story his inventory might change. But that‘s about it.

Merchants are not really made to manoeuvre objects around. But there are stashes where Geralt can store some of his stuff. For example, one is in the inn in Novigrad.
