My issue might be kinda user specific compared to others, but I have 6 manual saves on PlayStation 5 and I have been playing for awhile. But I wanted to move to PC but issue is, is that the Cloud Save is only saving 4 save spots and thats it. I have turned off cross saving, unlinked all of my connections through my account, waited a full hour, connected them all back yet it STILL has the same stupid 4 saves and it won’t cloud save the others I need it to. Any help on how to fix?
It's not really "cloud save", it's a "cross progression" feature which allow you to continue your current playthrough on different plateforms. So yes, only one of each lastest save is uploaded on the servers and available on your other platforms (1 manual, 1 automatic, 1 quick and the point of no return).
If you want to "transfer" all of your saves from PS5 to your PC, you will have to load them individually on your PS5, save again to make it the last and wait until the save is uploaded on servers ("checked cloud" icon on it, once is done).
If you want your last save on your PS5 to be uploaded, you can try :
- Clear the cache. It could help if you encounter issue on console, any issue.
- Launch your game, be sure your game is linked to your CDPR account and "cross progression" is enabled in the game settings.
- Load the last save (manual save 10 on your screenshot for example) and once in-game, save again (either overwrite the save or create a new one, it shouldn't matter).
- And finally wait until the save is uploaded on the servers (the cloud icon will be "checked" once done).
After that, this save will be available on your PC, if your game is also linked to the same account and cross-progression is enabled.
