It's unlikely they would ever tell us. Spoilers, if nothing else.
They -do- take feedback from the forums, Twitter, Discord, Steam, Facebook, etc. It all feeds in. Well, fed in. Game is complete now, so this is more of a "what I'll do" and "what I hope to see!" poll set these days.
